Shipments & Delivery

Transport cost:

The cost of transportation will be calculated by the system based on weight of the items ordered.

Delivery Time:

The timing of delivery of goods ordered may vary by the kind of goods purchased (eg. If the goods are available at the manufacturer) and by the delivery method chosen. The times given for delivery are 10 days indicative.

Goods Reception:

Upon delivery of the goods the customer is required to check: - That the number of packages delivered is as specified in the transport document - The packaging is intact and not altered even in the closing strip. In case of tampering and / or breaks the customer will immediately challenge the shipment and / or delivery by adding the words "subject to control GOODS FOR indicate motivation" on the delivery document received by courier or other operator. The customer then must report any damage within 3 days of receipt of goods in the manner prescribed by the operator undertaking the expedition. If the order is returned to NUOVA SANGAUS S.r.l. by courier / carrier because of a wrong address provided by the customer or end deposit time in the warehouses of the courier / carrier, or for any other reason attributable to the negligence of the customer, a new shipment will be possible upon payment of the relative fee via a link will be provided to the customer for payment with credit card, or alternatively by bank transfer or even PayPal. In no case to make deliveries by appointment will be possible, at predetermined times or days.

Tax and duties:

Inside the European Union: there are no additional custom fees or duties on products shipped to countries within the European Union. Customers will not have to pay anything extra on receipt of their products. Outside the European Union: shipments to destinations outside the European Union are exempt from Italian Value Added Tax. However, they may be subject to import taxes or customs duties that will be determined when the package reaches its country of destination. Such customs duties are solely payable by the receiver of the package, who will pay said fees to the shipping service or to the proper governing authorities. Shipping to the United States of America: as above, products shipped to the USA are subject to custom fees and import duties. The receiver of the package is responsible for paying these fees. Also, US customs require that the receiver provides a social security number or Non US Citizen Import Number - CBP Customs Border Protection Assigned Number. Please note that orders over 250 dollars may experience slight delays in US customs. Failure to clear customs: the onus is on the customer to ensure that their package clears customs by providing customs with all the necessary information and/or fees. If your package does not clear customs, it will be returned to our warehouse. See our Return Policy for more information. IMPORTANT: If you requested a change of the product you originally ordered, the new shipment might still be subject to import taxes/duties from the International Customs Authorities.
