Return Policy:

The return policy is made easy through your Tonatto® Profumi Official Site personal account. For any question you can get in contact with our Customer Service via e-mail at info@sangaus.com and by phone at +390118610807 (Mon - Fri: 10:30 -17:00 CEST). The return-right is regulated by law and the client-consumer (ie an individual who buys goods for purposes not related to his professional activity) is entitled to terminate the contract for any reason. To exercise this right, the customer must fill the dedicated section inside his personal account, at the voice "Return purchased product " inside the "My Orders" area. Please proceed to fill it within 30 working days with effect from the date of delivery of goods. For any doubts please don't esitate to contact us. Note: They can not exercise the right to cancel customers who purchase with VAT.

Mode of Return:

The right of return is subject to the following conditions: The purchased goods must be undamaged and returned in its original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment: manuals, cables, etc.). The expedition, until the certificate of receipt in our warehouse is under the complete responsibility of the customer; NUOVA SANGAUS S.r.l. does not respond in any way for damage or theft / loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments.

Goods return delivery:

The product will be returned to NUOVA SANGAUS S.r.l. within 30 days along with the authorization form received. Just in case of repair costs for damages assessed packing original NUOVA SANGAUS S.r.l. will refund the customer the entire amount already paid for the product within 30 days from the return of the goods by following the transfer of the amount charged to card through transfer credit or bank transfer. In latter case, the Buyer shall deliver promptly to the bank on which to obtain reimbursement (IBAN code of the customer).

When the return-policy is not valid:

The return policy is not valid when lack of the essential integrity of the property (package and / or its contents), in cases NUOVA SANGAUS S.r.l. finds:
- Use (even partial) of the goods and any supplies - The absence of the outer packaging and / or package, original interior; - The lack of integral elements of the product (accessories, manuals, parts etc); -The damage of the product for reasons other than its transport.

In the case above, NUOVA SANGAUS S.r.l. will return to sender the property purchased by charging the shipping cost. Customers who purchase with VAT can not exercise the return policy.

Cancelling or modifying of an order:

Copies of documents:

To request copies of documents (invoices, DDT, etc ...), the customer can contact NUOVA SANGAUS S.r.l. via email at info@sangaus.com or by phone at No. +39 0118610807. ALWAYS remember to indicate the type and number of document for which you are requesting a copy or the fixing.

Warranty:

All the products marketed by NUOVA SANGAUS S.r.l. are covered by the manufacturer's conventional warranty.
